Bought our House - Outright!

Back during the Carter administration, I'm sure all of you remember the sky-hi interest rates. Buying a house after copeing with our debts was about impossible....with borrowed money. But we started putting savings aside and invested in Mutual Funds. We suffered that market pull-back in '87, but by '89 we had more than enough to buy this place. Cash on the Barrel Head! (This particular shot is from 1999 but it looked very similar to what it did in '89) I'm still living here.
