1972
In 1972 I found out that my cousin Ken had run a trapline in Washington. When I tried to get some advice from him on the subject, it began a hunting/trapping relationship that lasted thru the mid '70's; and a friendship that lasted till his death on New Years Eve 2001......We strung steel primarily out in the Smith River country north of Ulm. It was a fantastic learning experiance and one I will always treasure.
