I studied Costa Rica on the internet, and found that
1. It is the longest standing Democracy in Central America
2. It has NO Army
3. A person does not have to give up citizenship in the U.S. in order to become a citizen.
4. NO ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS
5. There are "pockets" of English speaking people, so knowing Spanish is not essential. WRONG! I went in 2002 and found out for myself.
