My Path
September 1995
Sometime during this fall -- it was a slow dawning -- I realized my path was that of one who walked in the Old Ways. I was prompted to recognize the powers of the Earth, Air, Fire and Water and to build altars to honor the elements. And then the Lady came from her guise in the moon, and introduced me to the Lord as the sun and bade me honor them as well. I had been seeking her, around the edges of my awareness, for some time. It was only months later that a young friend gave me a word... "I didn't know you were a Pagan too!" for what I believed. But I have always known I was a witch.
