Backpacking in the Gila Wilderness
March 1975
Go for a week long backpacking trip in the Gila with 5 friends...get caught in a snow storm that caused one friend to get frostbite and another to almost lose a toe due to frostbite. We made it out and although tired, it was a beautiful experience.
