Graduation/Marriage
May 23, 1968
I graduated from high school on May 12, 1968 and was married on May 23rd. Too young, but would I listen?
Mother and Daddy had a reception after my graduation. People brought personal gifts and wedding gifts. Many of the adults just shook their heads. But, I stayed married until I lost Steve in an automobile accident. I was young, but I grew up fast.
