Sabine Island is a man-made, government-owned island located between Gulf Breeze and Pensacola Beach, Florida... It approximately 17 acres in size and is home to the Environmental Protection Agency's Gulf Ecology Division - A facility staffed with scientists doing ecological studies in the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding water areas...
